In a groundbreaking moment for the IBA, the first-ever Youth/Junior IBA Asian Continental Championship took place at the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok. Promoted masterfully by Big Joe Promotion, the event showcased an intense and clear 8-round bout in the Women Junior (-18) Super Bantamweight** category (118 lbs).
Aisha Kamaleldin 🇪🇬 emerged victorious, winning on points by unanimous decision over Wanasanan Onoot 🇹🇭. Both fighters delivered an outstanding performance, honoring the IBA with skill and determination.
This historic championship, the first Youth Title event since the IBA\’s founding in 1991, was inaugurated with prestige and honor by Aisha Ismail, marking a new era for youth boxing.
