Now retired from active competition, he has remained deeply involved in the sport as a mentor, promoter, and advocate for boxing development in Chile. He is currently in negotiations to organize an IBA championship event in Chile — a project aimed at highlighting the emerging generation of Chilean fighters and offering them a global platform.
