Anne Sophie Mathys (27 wins, 4 losses, 1 draw) will be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame during the annual meeting held from June 5 to 8, 2025, in Canastota, New York. Former IBA world champion Mathys, a multiple world titleholder in three weight divisions, joins other French legends in the Hall of Fame, such as Georges Carpentier and Marcel Cerdan.
A pioneer of professional boxing in France, she made history with her spectacular 2011 victory over Holly Holm for the IBA world title.
